Free shipping on orders above ₹5,000 INR.
Free International shipping on orders above ₹25,000 INR.
For products that are made-to-order, please refer to the specific product description for the shipping details. Non made-to-order products will be shipped within 1-2 working days of the order placed. Please check the product descriptions for specific and/or updated information.
Products will be delivered within 2-8 working days once order is shipped. You will be provided with a tracking code to track the progress of your shipment.
Refund, return and cancellation Policy
Cancellations
Order cancellation can be requested within 24 hours of the order placed. Refund will be done through online mode in 5-7 working days.
Returns

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you received your purchased item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the tag intact.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Intimate goods such as lingerie cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns on products that are made-to-order or on sale.

Please note refunds are processed by way of coupon code only. As a policy we do not offer a cash back offer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If the return is approved, we will create a coupon code for you, with the equivalent amount of your purchased item. Coupons are valid for 90 days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
